WoundWear, Inc Merchandise Guarantee
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Any alterations to the garment/s made by the purchaser shall be at the
purchaser’s risk, shall void any
guarantee and is not exchangeable.
EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED on the following basis:
1. Defects in materials and workmanship will be accepted for exchange if received within 60 days from the date of delivery. Poor maintainance, excessive wear and tear or biting or chewing of the merchandise will not be considered a defect in materials or workmanship and will not be exchanged. The decision as to what constitutes defects in materials and workmanship shall be WoundWear Inc.’s or its appointees only. If deemed a defect in materials or workmanship shipping and handling charges for the exchange will be paid by WoundWear, Inc.
2. WoundWear, Inc will pay for shipping costs to re-send the appropriate order when an incorrect order has been shipped.
3. Returns for sizing issues, other than those arising from an error in
shipping the wrong merchandise by WoundWear, Inc. will be accepted for
exchange if received by WoundWear, Inc. within 21 days of the date of
delivery. In these cases the customer will be responsible for all
Shipping and handling charges plus a minimum 15% restocking fee for
merchandise returned in good condition. Merchandise returned in less
than “saleable” or “easily made saleable” condition may incur a
restocking fee of up to 75% at the discretion of WoundWear, Inc. Sizing
advice given by WoundWear, Inc. or its designees, to the customer, is
only suggestive in nature and is based on the measurements supplied by
the customer. This advice is a service provided by WoundWear, Inc. and
in no way negates the customer’s responsibility for placing the proper
order or for utilizing a veterinarian’s advice on sizing the garment.
Many fit issues may be resolved by technical support. Therefore, the
customer must contact WoundWear, Inc. technical support to attempt to
resolve the fitting issue prior to exchanging the merchandise. The
customer must make a good faith effort to implement the fitting
procedures provided by technical support prior to returning the
garment/s for exchange. WoundWear, Inc. shall make the final
determination as to whether the customer has made a good faith effort to
implement the prescribed fitting procedures.
All determinations as to the condition of the returned merchandise shall
be exclusively at the discretion of WoundWear, Inc. and its designees.
Merchandise shipped to a customer for an exchange may be charged to the
customer’s credit card. Merchandise returned for refund or exchange is
the responsibility of the customer prior to it being received by
WoundWear, Inc. We recommend that all merchandise returned to WoundWear,
Inc. be sent by traceable methods (i.e.; FedEx, UPS, etc.) and insured
for the value of the product. Any merchandise which is not received by
us will not be credited to the customer. The customer should seek remedy
from the package carrier with whom the customer is insured. Returned merchandise
which does not qualify for exchange or refund due to expiration of the
qualifying time periods, or condition of the merchandise, will not be
returned to the customer by WoundWear, Inc. unless: 1. Requested to do
so in writing or via e-mail and 2. Payment is received for return
shipping and handling costs.
The success of treatment is dependant on multiple factors, including the dog’s temperament as well as the dog owners patience and persistence in training the dog to adapt to the brace. ‘Therefore, WoundWear, Inc. does not warrant the success, medical outcome, or the dog’s ability to adapt or function with our A-TraC Dynamic Brace® or Body Suits.
